Suites Gran Via 44 is a beautifully decorated hotel housed within a XIX century building, 100 meters from the Cathedral of Granada and the Capilla Real.
All rooms at the hotel are equipped with free WIFI, flat-screen TV, full kitchen, and air conditioning. Guests can also enjoy a common TV room.
Fitness equipment can be checked out, free of costs, upon request. Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:30. The front desk is opened 24 hours a day.
The modern rooms are all one- and two-room apartment-style suites with kitchens, living areas, and a a private bathroom. Each of the four types of suites is different in color, scheme, and decor, and all are named after various local herbs.

The hotel’s rooms either look out onto the Gran Vía which have better views but are noisier; or rooms with worse views, but less noise.
The hotel doesn’t have a formal restaurant on the premises but it does have a dining area where you can enjoy breakfast and order some items as room service.
The hotel is also near several different bars and restaurants you can enjoy in the area.
The hotel is located on the historical Gran Vía de Colón street, in the heart of downtown Granada. There are regular bus services to the Alhambra and the Albaicín neighborhood departing from the hotel every day. The hotel is located near many of the cities main attractions.
