Sant Francesc Hotel Singular – Review

Located within a 19th-century manor in the beautiful Plaza de Sant Francesc, in the heart of the old quarter of Palma in Mallorca. just 300 m from Palma Cathedral and 601 m from Palma Port.
The hotel offers 42 elegant rooms and suites. They all are beutifully decorated with wood-beamed ceilings and covered verandas and the property still features the original frescos and moldings of the original estate.
All the rooms feature free WIFI, air conditioning, a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
The Sant Francesc Hotel Singular also features a wonderful restaurant (Restaurant Quadrat), a lobby bar, and a private outdoor terrace. On the roof, you will find another spectacular terrace, with amazing views and a 98 ft² pool. Lastly, the hotel features a full gym and offers beauty treatments.

The hotel has 42 rooms available, including 12 suites. All rooms are attractive and modern, with many classic design features. the rooms are decorated in beautiful neutral tones and feature high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and even original frescoes on some ceilings.

The king-sized beds are enhanced with Egyptian cotton sheets and wonderful pillows. All room types feature a sitting area, a work table, and thoughtful accessories, like books and flowers, that give the rooms an inviting, polished feel.

All rooms have are equipped with 45 to 52-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a minibar with local gourmet products, air conditioning, a safe, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Higher-category units come with wireless Bluetooth speakers and others have small private terraces, and the top floor suites can be booked together to give visitors full private access to the entire floor.

Bathrooms have large rainfall showers or separate soaking tubs, plus ample counter space, free toiletries, and hairdryers. Egyptian cotton towels and bathrobes are provided.

The hotel is located in the picturesque Plaza de Sant Francesc, in the center of Palma’s old town, overlooking the church with the same name.

It is in an area of Mallorca filled with plenty of upscale shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it’s just a seven-minute walk from the city’s famous cathedral.

It’s also a six-minute walk from the pretty main square, Plaza Mayor, and the cities most famous shopping area, the Paseo del Born, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, as well as the marina. Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is 15 minutes away by car or taxi, or around 30 minutes by public bus.
