Chef Víctor Hugo Tello runs the kitchen at EL Parador de La Granja and creates dishes that balance tradition and innovation that are inspired by traditional cuisine from the Castilla Leon region, made with the highest quality local ingredients.

The Parador itself is housed within an XVIII century palace that once belonged to King Carlos III. The surroundings are opulent and refined, perfect for a romantic meal for two.
