The hotel has a fantastic restaurant on site. The hotel’s restaurant, Balausta, is run by Michelin-starred chef José Carlos García and offers traditional Andalusian recipes reinvented in a vaulted Andalusian patio. You can enjoy breakfast, aperitifs, lunch, and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. As a novelty, in addition to the menu, Balausta proposes a Market Menu to be enjoyed every day at noon, and a tasting menu available at noon and at night.

There is also an amazing cocktail bar on the premises, where you can enjoy a relaxing drink after a long day of exploring the city.
