This little Andalusian tavern is located deep in the heart of Córdoba’s old town. It is within walking distance of most of the cities major attractions, including the impressive Calahorra Tower and Roman bridge, the imposing Real Alcazar, and the iconic Mezquita. The restaurant is ideally located if you are looking for a fun, authentic little joint where you can enjoy some high-quality home cooking.
At L aTranqueras you will find all sorts of traditional Andalusian tapas and rations, that are all excellent, but when in doubt order something off their grill, it is their speciality. Everything from seafood, to meat and veggies, get their turn cooking over an open flame.
The restaurant’s menu is simple and informal, meant to be shared and enjoyed with friends or family.
