El Molino de Madrona is a wonderful authentic Castilian-Leon restaurant just outside of Segovia. Located in a small town just off the freeway and the Frío River, if you didn’t know this gem was there, you would miss it.  This restaurant specializes in traditional Castilian cuisine, so expect simple, hearty, plentiful, and delicious food. The restaurant itself is also as Castilian as it gets with small wooden tables, stone walls, and dim lighting.
