Why do we recommend Arrocería Maribel?
The first rice restaurant that opened back in 1983, Arrocería Maribel, has stood the test of time with its excellent selection of paellas and rice dishes in La Albufera. Chef María José Estevens has created a gastro bar-style menu filled with delicious homemade goodie, where the obvious highlight is the rice dishes. The restaurant is bright and elegant and the ambiance is laid back and relaxed. One of the best places for paella in the city.

Style of this restaurant
If there is a place in the world to try paella this is Valencia! Its colors and textures show a lavishness that is typical of this Spanish dish. It usually uses saffron – an expensive spice that brings out a richer taste and color. It is made up of rice, various kinds of seafood, shellfish and crustaceans. Paella is usually cooked using a paellera, which is a round flat-pan that has two handles.
